If the rdclip.exe does not restart as an Administrator, you can start using the Register Editor another way.
- Press the Windows & R keys from the Keyboard to get Run.
- Type regedit on the textbox and hit OK.
- Next, go with the path below in the Register Editor window. Observe the menu in the left side panel and go with the path below:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server\Winstations\RDP-Tcp
- Search and choose the option fDisableClip and right-click on it.
- Tap on the Modify option.
- A pop-up will appear and change the value to “0“. And save and exit from there.
- The problem will be resolved.
